International Trade and Finance Officer

Boston Limited is seeking an experienced candidate in the role of International Trade and Finance, to work within Boston's group of international entities based in St Albans, UK.

The candidate must have a have a high level understanding of international and domestic tax rules (particularly relating to India, Australia and the USA) and be able to assist with the timely filing of overseas tax reports.

Tasks to be undertaken by the candidate include:

• Understand and consolidate international currency accounts and offer advice and planning for currency hedging
• Prepare and process international payroll (for overseas staff) and understand and help to comply with statutory reporting procedures
• Prepare and processing international expenses (for overseas staff) and reconcile with credit card statements where applicable. Ensuring expenses comply with local tax and BIK regulations.
• Financial reporting on the international subsidiary companies for the Director
• Create and implement relevant consolidation entries for intercompany overseas transactions
• Prepare reports for Boston's bankers in a format required by the bank
• Design and implement controls for the overseas accounts such as KPI's and performance analysis
• Develop and maintain Entity Summaries for overseas entities
• Assist as necessary in accounting and financial setup of any new international offices or entities

Required skills and experience:

• MBA level in finance or accounting
• Significant experience in an executive finance role
